Board the 42 ft sailboat "Charis" on Kent Island Maryland. "Charis" is a 2001 Catalina 42 tri cabin. You get to design your day on the water. We can sail to St Michaels for lunch as you enjoy one of the gems of the Chesapeake Bay. A stop at the Wye River or one of the many secluded coves along the way for some time in the sun would provide another option either on enroute or on return. If sailing is new to you it would be a great time to learn as you can participate to your comfort level. If you are a veteran sailor ... the helm is yours. Either way it is your choice to take part in running the boat and/ or relax and enjoy the scenic Eastern Shore, one of the nation’s premiere cruising grounds. This trip is limited to up to six crew and should be scheduled during June or July. The cruise can be scheduled weekdays or weekends based on a mutually agreed upon date and a backup date is suggested in case of inclement weather. Departure would be 9:00 AM and return would be early evening. Snacks and drinks provided. The captain is a USCG credentialed mariner and has been sailing the Chesapeake for over 40 years.

A note from Child Evangelism Fellowship of the Lowcountry: The CEF Golf Auction is part of overall fundraising efforts in support of the ministries of CEF of The Lowcountry. CEF of the Lowcountry appreciates your participation in this auction. Winning bidders will be notified by email upon completion of the auction. Items will be delivered one of two ways. Clothing items and certificates for donated experiences will be hand delivered or mailed as necessary. Documentation of purchase for the travel experiences will be delivered by email attachment.
